and it occurred to me even if the seismic licence was not requested and the 6month trigger started in Feb = time wise WDS woould have had to ask for an extension of the 6month trigger point since we ARE STILL ANALYSING DATA 9 months after being recieved.
Extensions to timelines are just so common it aint funny in this game, and unless the Cos have been doing nothing these extensions are usually granted both corporatly and with the Gov Depts - it aint worth starting again!!!
as u suggest WDS incoming third party - will that trigger more delays. - you would expect it. the big boys are mainly slow movers - yet when i look south of PEL87 - they have not been slow at all. Would PCL stand on their dig and say no more extensions fullstop - your in or out .
If PCLs plans B and C look very good - then i would as PCL 3 months out from trigger date indicate to WDS there will be no extension - getting ahead of them on that issue
if WDS move on - well there is some delay to get next partner for certain.
as u can see this bloody seismic licence stuff really got under my skin and perspective - all i can see is further delays now - i do hope i am so wrong!!!!!
