On future money raising, what should have been mentioned at the PCL meeting is that their are 490 million listed options still out there.
These options (ASX : PCLO) are 'in the money' with exercise price of 1.2 cents which is less than current share price. So if PCL share price holds above 1.2 cents, then you would expect that all will be exercised and bring in A$5.9 million.
