PCL desperately need good news ATM, rather than just waiting for things to happen. We are still in the waiting game, but at least we know now when the waiting will definitely stop, May 2025.
One thing that puzzles me is this. It seems that PCL always knew that they can fix up the Lic very quickly by turning up and having a face to face with Namibia; so why didn't they do that months ago.
