Very interesting, thanks for sharing this. Will wade through the detailed IBS. The summary is interesting in that it explicitly says an IBS is typically 'commissioned once an FID has been made'. So the region is very clearly teetering on the edge of a formal FID from Shell or Total to be made at sometime soon (+/- 6-12 months). Very exciting 2025 coming up for the region I expect.
