Well said. 100% agree. And the 6,593km2 3D (blue outline) has certainly covered the main opportunities in PEL-87. The area outlined in green to the west of the 3D Saturn survey, remains underexplored.
The area outlined by the dotted green line above, west of the Saturn 3D survey, remains lies in what is termed the outer high where Venus is located (ocher colour) - see map below.
On the map above, there are cross sections B-B' and A-A' which are illustrated below and show the tectonic setting of Saturn, in what is termed the inner sub-basin, and the tectonic setting of Venus in what is termed the outer sub-basin. Note the interpreted the feeder channel from the Namibian palaeo-coastline to the Venus basin floor sand.
