From the AGM, It.was.mentioned that for WDS to enter Namibia as an operator that WDS must seek and set up a governance structure.that is quite complex especially.given these types of countries and their lack of "normal" law, protections etc. These corporate structures will need to have all the I's dottend and T's crossed before they enter and take on PEL87. This could be part of the ok to farmin.
On the other hand PCL did say they have plans b,c,d. When pressed on when they would open up data room to other suitors, they did not comment but body language did indicate to me that was one of their plans as a back up.
So I have no doubt one of the above if not both are occuring as we speak and that we will know more in time as there is serious doubt they will announce anything further until the long stop date in May as they will hide behind this to avoid any further news (including volumes etc) for sure.
Lets hope 2025 is our year.
