Hi Pottermore, I seem to remember reading somewhere on here that Woodside had indemnified PCL if they didnt drill by 2026 January. I would have thought that if Woodside farm in but dont complete the first drill by that date then they cover all the costs, fines etc from non compliance with the terms of the license? Of course if Woodside do not farm in then PCL are left holding the bad. Not that i think that will happen.
