Let's see what happens - once that trigger is pulled, I'd expect meticulous execution from here (it needs to be). Keep in mind, the recent license approval explicitly allows wds to 'share with third-parties should they choose to do so'. It is no mistake in the waiting for this license. Nothing is guaranteed in this game, but I'd be guessing seismic analysis is now being shared behind the scenes via wds with the likes of other majors in the region - discussing risk/cost reduction strategies via partnerships, etc. This is always done in silence (think Qatar energy - they didn't just waltz into the pels last week; discussions have been ongoing for months no doubt). This play has way better odds than a lottery ticket currently.
