I was also asking myself this same question " why are they not selling this".... i came up with PCL is about to sell itself in the very near future!!....this imo has been happening behind those closed doors for months now... Im bracing myself for that " HOLY S#!T" moment.
Estimates will come before we know it with even more good news... until then we will remain patient/strong and dedicated with a positive outlook.
Not sure how I would look in a Maserati but always wanted one..lol
