If there are NDA's in place that still have force after PCL has complied with all their requirements for WDS to accept the seismic license, then IMO, this is in the same league as PCL signing an agreement with no termination clause - total incompetence by the BOD and CEO.
I think the BOD has done a good job until about 18 months ago.
They are a BOD focused on exploration. There is one director who is also the company secretary. She should be able to understand a legal agreement but unfortunately for all us shareholders she has shown that she is not competent as a director and brings nothing to the boardroom, in my opinion.
The BOD is now at a stage where they need to move from solely exploration experience to some directors and a chairman with real corporate experience that can drive PCL forward.
The current board have done their job, but they have also shown they don't have the competence or experience to take the company forward.
Time for new directors !
Oh, and sack whoever they use for legal advice asap - less than incompetent.
