Geo you are a gem and i 2nd the 5 mill share issue My takout is that our geology further supports light oil volume comparable at least to Galp minus the contaminents observed closer to Shell and possibly Total discoveries.
RE options: i too hold oppies expiring August so to those who might be worried re their investment, heres my worse case observation: Farmin is expected on or prior to May 16th or Woodside forfeit $35 million US. (I certainly hope this happens but imo Meg O'Niell is way to clever imv) At this point options will have 3 or so months remaining. During last webinar, PCL had already begun proactive steps to explore contingency should this be the case. Here are a few majors i believe would be over us like a rash: QATAR, Petrobus, Shell, Total, perhaps Chevron, Exxon and maybe even a few wildcards like Petro China, TAQA and i urge PCL not to rush into a deal should this be the case. If PCL hold true to 3D improving on 2D, we will have our day in the sun well before any drill given the billions of barrels discovered since WDS option inception. With 3D and surely estimates by that time, my view is we could get closer to retaining 37.5% and free carried over as many holes drilled in the 87 lease and drill ship booked well before August. As for oppies, on August 25, 2025(expiry date), the the value of PCL SP minus 1.2 cents will either be paid in cash, converted into shares to the value if the difference Or, we opt to pay 1.2 cents per oppy and convert into ordinary share. Currently and painfully in the absence of news, our options are in the money @ half a cent 1.7 cents - 1.2 = .5 The ball is already rolling and clock ticking for Woodside just thinking out loud ofc
