I think the point here is that a 20% stake (same as PCL once WDS farm in) in Venus is US$1.7bn (AUD$2.65bn) based on an extrapolation of a recent valuation of the discovery carried out by Barclays.
Saturn could very well hold more than Venus. But let's say it's equal and somebody made us a low ball offer half that of Barclay's valuation at AUD$1.32bn. That is a lot of upside from our current market cap of $160m.
Given this valuation by Barclays, a quality 3D should see the SP move rather quickly imo.
