I have lost faith in the way PCL is handling the project, in particular the way they delayed the Lic; and I never had any faith in WDS in anything since FAR. They may have more technical expertise and money than PCL, but the way they treat partners as in FAR and maybe partners as in PCL, sssh!.
Having said that, as the saying goes, even a dead clock is correct twice a day, would WDS surprise us and tell us that they have actually planned for those long lead time items already and that the maneuver of the Santorini (I think this was the rig??) at PEL87 a couple of months ago was actually the start of a planned site study. Yes, PCL and WDS, if you are monitoring this site, prove us wrong!!!
