You need to muscle in 400 mil shares to call that EGM. Quite hard to do unless you have the share holder
registry and their email addresses and start sending out emails.
I have suggested that Smith just do a regular News Letter (like another oil company that I know of).
That way, you are not subject to any regulation, you are not breaking any agreement with WDS and it's very cheap. What's more, I am pretty sure it would go a long way to satisfying the impatient SH's.
