Good challenge. The power of independent peer review. My thinking is that you can have a regional shale seal over that has been proven to work at a discovery (90% or even 100%), such as Venus, but at Saturn that same regional shale seal may been incised into by sand-filled thief channels that make the trap leak. (50%)
