agreed and have been saying much the same for 12 months - when any big Co takes up an option with a pcl type company - are the pcl board going to play tough/rough with someone who can realise ones dreams of drilling free carried into large targets. NO and many of the small clauses at the time dont seem so onerous - of course until they do later on.
but in the end it is the TIME difference between all other operators in namibia and us - is the main beef here - which of course then plays out in pcl not being able to say much in that they would have expected to have a rig contract by now and near drilling.
really unfortunate and unnecessary IMHO
