Sam, I enjoy your posts. Sometimes they are a bit down and upset people, but everyone needs to remember the potential downsides and risks as well. There are no guarantees wth PCL. O&G is very high risk, with high rewards and extremely big lows if a duster. Some people seem to be forgetting this. I have a lot of $$ in PCL and rather than just hearing 10, 20, 30, 40c etc like to have a bit of a reality check also. If Saturn was guaranteed we would be seeing these prices now, but it is not, and that is why we are battling to hold 2c/$160M.
A very good friend, and extremely successful prospector told me a long time ago. Never drill - sell on the potential and upside.
Posts by Jilly, OG & Melinda and many others are fantastic and very informative. Everyone needs to remember PCL was a certainty before and had a dry well. NWE was a certainty until it was water. Lots and lots of other examples.
