I feel like there are a lot of moving pieces in terms of super majors and how they will position themselves in the Orange Basin. The Galp domino falling in terms of partnering or being bought out will have a flow on effect to any potential partners PCL/WDS may or may not have. At the moment Mopane is obviously the more de-risked project as it has been drilled. That is out of WDS control but will obviously have an influence on their timelines and decisions if they are indeed seeking a partner for any Namibia projects they may or may not want to develop.

The other thing is of course understanding the nature of how things could flow into the reservoir to ultimately produce any sort of resource. If i remember correctly the large area they payed to map extended quite far towards the coastline outside of the licence area. I feel like that probably makes sense considering the investor relations e-mail that was posted further up the thread. 'looks like a great place for oil to exist but we need to learn if it ever got filled'.

I'd love some news too but as a passenger like every other shareholder I have no clue about the time or required analysis to understand a multi million dollar deep sea wildcat drilling program off the coast of Namibia so i'll just have to wait.
