Regardingpotential insights into play type volumetric numbers we may be dealing with inPEL87, the November 2022 AGM mentioned a new lead (Lead J) interpreted on the2D seismic. Lead J is interpreted as a channel overlying the mid-Aptian unconformity, although it looks more like a channel complex to me. Lead J is purported to cover an area of 413kms² with a gross thickness of 110 metres (see below). At its northern end it may be in a similar geographical location as the intra-Albian channel complex PCL mapped on the northern end of the 3D seismic line A-A’ (see below) and is most-probably a key focus area for their spectral decomposition and AVO analysis. PCL describes the Lead Jchannelas having high amplitudes and continuous parallel reflectors and thatthere are several other channels like Lead J. That was back in 2022.

I ran somerough volumetrics on Lead J and nearly fell off my chair when the recoverableresource volume came out. The Lead J channel complex resource volume (recoverable) approaches 1billion barrels, if oil-bearing. If there are any Reservoir Engineers readingthis, could you please valid my math.
