Yes Bill ..... I agree with that sentiment but when administration fail dismally in undertaking the job that they are paid to do then they need to be held to account. The management of PCL were asleep at the wheel over the permit for WDS. The 6 month time delay was caused by our team not undertaking the required contact with the Namibian Government .... how do I know this ...... by a comment one of them made at the AGM. At these meetings I do my best to listen carefully to all the comments !!! I was disappointed that Barry Rushworth was not at the meeting to give us an update from his point of view .... I think that it would have been most enlightening.
