I don't believe the board have the competence, experience or even the desire to take us to production.
Take the money and run... probably the best option, money being a good offer of course.
I don't see the point of riding coattails of a major, especially being years from production.
I'm not so quietly hoping WDS give a better than 1/2 decent offer, preferably a cash and script offer.
Make some profit with the cash component, ride the oil production side of it when it comes plus dividends in the interim. SP increase and dividend increase with production.
