Suggesting the PCL board simply tripped and fell in to one of the most promising regions going around at the moment is a pretty ignorant comment
I suggest you speak to Barry or Ernie about the planning and work they put in to enter Namibia & build a relationship with the JV partners, before discounting their "management skills"
