I haven't put a % on recoverability.
I am not sure if recoverability is ever included in the discussion of Oil in place for discoveries.
That I think is usually discussed after the drill bit has brought samples to the surface and flow tests are done but I could be wrong.
I cannot remember any discussion from Galp on recoverability regarding their Mopane reservoir other than them announcing that they had discovered 10bB Oil in Place.
