Pancon have been in this region for over 10 years and even drilled a duster with Tollow in pel 37, once theirs also. It hasnt been that long since shell and total drilled their 1st holes and later Galp, validating the billion barrel discoveries. As for data room visits, i dont believe the entire audience arrive with the intention to partner. Many would be sticky beaking to better understand the geology of the region and perhaps gain insight into their own leases.
Callsign i dont agree that pcl are leakproof. I would suggest that you revisit ann re woodsides entry, leading up to and what happened to sp when ann dropped. Just saying
