Yes, TotalE are messaging Venus permeabilities in the 2-4 mD range, as per Dethijs8's post. And as huaneng rightly points out 2-4mD is low for an offshore field in deep water i.e. a challenging project which would need a higher development well count to extract the oil at commercial flowrates.
Further, Galp have consistently messaged good porosities and high permeabilities, but not quantified apart from the flow test of 14,000 BOED constrained. Mopane perms. in my view would be better than 2-4mD.
