the estimates by PCL seperately to WDS i feel will not likely happen - they will need the okay from WDS, and if such estimates are good - why then wouldnt WDS ann this themselves - if they are big enough then it should be ann seperately by WDS - and by that i mean a joint ann on estimates they both agree on.
that ann would also probably only be done if WDS have decided to drill or drop - it would look pretty stupid if WDS ann large estimates and then drop the option???!!!
If WDS dont take up option - they may well not ann estimates, and just say they are not interested etc etc, which if so would leave PCL to ann what they have come up with.
multiple scenerios no doubt - but i feel posters expecting a PCL on estimates unlikely unless other dominoes fall in place at or near the same time.
