When / If WDS become a JV partner then they can release a joint statement on the agreed resource estimate, but what stops PCL from doing a resource estimate now? On your scenario we need to wait for see if WDS farm in, then wait again for both parties to agree on a resource estimate. Christmas 2030 is looking closer. This is becoming like the seismic license again. Hopefully PCL hasn't forgotten 3D analysis completed, now do resource estimate.
If a resource estimate has been done - then it should be released to the market as a price sensitive announcement. If PCL are not doing a resource estimate, then you can seriously question if they are working in the best interests of the shareholders.
