no no no no phx - why have we not seen several pcl ann over the last months then. Any pennydreadful BOD with such potential would be tripping over themselves to ann what is going on - even what coffee they are drinking would become news!!!!
They need WDS approval fullstop, or that would poison the relationship period and i might suggest pcl would not win in that scenerio - and anyway you work with your potential JV partner given the $$ spent to date and the likelyhood of a drill in the future and the expenditure it requires.
I have invested in several such scenerios and all have said they seek majors JV approval for ann.
I understand they are actually not their JV partner atm, but means little in terms of the potential future relationship which given there is an option to proceed, you work in a manner expecting that option to be converted to a full JV - until it isnt.
