1. Those options issued are exercisable at .035 cents so no where near in the money. So don't see your point here as they are not gaining any cash flow from these at the moment as they have not converted the options to shares.
2. PCL have not announced they have or are going to open the data room since last AGM. Comments on this page about opening the data room are pure speculation at this point. P.S PCL don't have a real office let alone a data room
3. PCL did say when questioned at the last AGM "if at a certain point before May 2025 (long stop date) that WDS have not made it clear that they will not take up their option, do PCL board have plans B, C, D like opening the data room to attract other possible suitors". PCL's response was "we have discussed many plans but did not disclose anything.
