PCL management intended to open the data room as a defence against WDS not taking up the option of farming into PEL87.
With the end of February now very close and no announcement of the data room opening .... my thoughts are that WDS have told PCL not to bother as they will be taking up their option.
It doesn't mean that it will happen soon IMHO .... I think that WDS will wait until the 18th of May to announce their decision .... as frustrating as that is I think we can rest assured that it is going to happen.
Just in my humble opinion.
