The JV agreement will determine who is the controlling partner, how decisions are made, capital input etc etc. Having or controlling x% does not override the JV agreement. Again, all you have to do is look at NWE - NWE had 20% but MIN need NWE agreement to do anything so what is the value in the 80% so called controlling interest?
