For example HRT drilled Moosehead, not PCL.
I also prefer to refer to the block names than the "Petroleum Exploration License = PEL" names.
Example below for what is now called PEL 87.
Blocks 2713A 2713B- 2004 - BHP awarded blocks, called "Northern block"
- 2008/2009 - BHP and partners do not renew license- 2010 - HRT awarded blocks, called PEL 24- 2012 Nov - GALP farm-in 14%- 2013 Oct - Moosehead-1 well drilled
- 2014/2015 - HRT and partners do not renew license- 2017 Dec - PCL awarded blocks, called PEL 87- 2023 Mar - WDS farm-in option announced- 2023 Mar - 3D seismic begins
- 2025 May - WDS farm-in decision
