There are many questions which need to be addressed in relation to the management of our company and the manner in which they are performing their roles IMHO. I'll cite one as an example :- The 3D seismic was completed around May and due diligence and analysis was commenced by both WDS(internal) and PCL(via Consultants). There was dialogue between the companies discussing the 3D. It wasn't until approximately 2 weeks before the AGM, advised during discussion at the AGM, that the two parties had aligned the nomenclature of the prospects so that when they were discussing the 3D that they were both actually talking about the same part of the prospect. What ...... ?????? ...... really ...... and we are paying these people significantly ....... and we are relying on them to represent us in negotiating deals with WDS ....... remember FAR ....... WDS are not a benevolent society and they will pursue their agenda for the best benefit for them. Our strength is in knowledge and the collective wisdom of we shareholders. That strength can only be harnessed when there is complete disclosure of the knowledge available and the resource of the intellectual power of our shareholders is respected and valued by the management.
