Hi Rachel.
So you are happy to value PCL at a fully diluted market cap of over 1 Billion $$$ plus at 10c ?? BEFORE the 2nd drill ? That seems a bit crazy to me TBH.
I'm a LT holder, but I believe something around 5c - 6c is more realistic.
