Analysts and so called experts are all over the place with in ground valuations from cents to any $ figure that one wants to take as gospel.
I'm not letting bias influence me. All good and well to think, great someone said in ground value is $5 to $10 and I like that figure so that must be what it's worth.
When price per barrel was over $187 in May 2008 or even $155 in April 1980, that's more than reasonable assessment in my view.
@ mid $60's a Barrel. Not so much a realistic value in my mind.
