I dont think anyone here is suggesting $10 IGV but hittman harping on about $1 IGV when there is plenty to suggest that between $2 - $5 is a fair price range in the current market, anyway i use $2 for my modeling and the sweet spot for a FID is approx $70 USD/B.
Presuming when you say "The way this deal is structured / dilution of the share register and then the risk involved" you are referring to free carry for the first drill then the range of options available to pcl on the second to either drop the %, convert to a royalty or CR.
That seems like PCL negotiated a great deal and noboi if anyone has invested in this stock without doing the most basics of checks like SOI then yes the dilution issue would be concerning but if you are aware then you factor that into your decision making as well as a CR, which after a successful first drill will have no difficulty raising $20M usd for the PCL share of a second drill so again the kind of thing you factor in your decision making.
Risk is tremendous and the result will be binary yes or no but that will not be the end of the story if its no on the first drill. noboi If you want an informative chat with people here you first should get yourself informed a bit better and swinging in here telling people to manage their expectations is essentially telling us you are a no it all hardly ingratiating. we are all here because we believe in the big dream of pcl and the potential.
