From a drill program standpoint, how much time will PCL have to commit funds to that 2nd drill?
Assume WDS will be planning a multi well program, so will PCL have to demonstrate their commitment / financial capacity to contribute before drill 1 even?
Just wondering how it will all play out to ensure any CR is done to minimise dilution.
