I don't normally post non-technical stuff but want to add some balance here.
I'm still holding MIN... worst mistake I ever made was to take up the script offer. But at the time the battery outlook looked good and I thought there was some upside. I also didn't realize how dodgy CE was - surely he needs some jail time...
I don't hold ID to account. I recall that the thinking at the time was a large scale non-compartmentalised reservoir. I think ID knew there was a risk of compartmentalization and hence that guided his recommendation. TEGs nearby failure is a sign of downside that could have happened but history showed that there was still upside. The game we play has upside and downside and is all about risk management. I think whether the recommendation is right or wrong depends upon what happened. I got burnt but perhaps I should have heeded the recommendation. I'm still waiting for my chance to get the lilo - and the pool...
Perhaps next time I'll use the recommendation to read between the lines.
