Why the hell is this taking so long ?
One of the major reasons is because it was incumbent on PCL to get the seismic license and incredibly PCL simply did nothing for over six months to do so.
Staggering incompetence from our BOD.

PCL agreed to the option agreement so I assume they would have known and understood the conditions.
Perhaps you should ask, how could PCL sign an option agreement with no termination clause.
WDS have done nothing but stick the option agreement.
It doesn't make me happy, but they are certainly entitled to.
I don't understand why so many think WDS should exercise the option which could be to WDS's detriment just to help PCL
As for the rest - why would WDS take up the option before they need to?
As we have seen in the last 12 month's world events can change rapidly.
Even conditions in WA have changed for WDS.
This does not mean that WDS are doing nothing,
They certainly could be organising things in the background
Right from the start I have said they would wait as long as possible - naturally I got pooh poohed
This is good corporate governance on WDS's side.
It was up to PCL, not WDS, to get the seismic license and get the clock ticking.
