There were 4 suitors looking at the data room during the bidding period. WDS was considered to be the best fit. WDS don't have to meet our expectations. O'Neil said in an interview that I heard "that they had significant projects in the pipeline" which she said would result in significant cash positive returns to WDS. She wasn't intending on a massive adventure doing forward and was looking forward to consolidating their financial position. I was surprised by this statement but not horrified. She also indicated that WDS would be keeping its eye out for significant opportunities ...... that meant Namibia to me.
