It's very early days from a TA pivot point perspective (I think just a bit of jostling for a position). Given the modest volume (this time to the upside), it is clear we've found a point of supply/demand balance (0.014-0.017). TA wise, you typically see a bit more testing of the support structure (0.014-0.016), before a definative trend reversal (abiet this support has been tested numerous times over the last 2 years...and fundementally we're now in the best position we've ever been). Touching 0.018 today on small volume we knocked on the door of the upper bollinger band (on the daily) - I'd like to see volume follow-through next week (even if it's just churn), before I'd comfortably say 'bottom is in at 0.0135 a few weeks back'. Macd on the daily is certainly crossing positivly, on the weekly it's looking like circa bottom/turn (need another 1-2 weeks for confirmation) - momentum to the downside is certainly significantly slowed down, albiet that daily bollinger band at 0.018 is the 20dma, which we really need to break & close above (for some form of reversal confirmation). Although, all this TA stuff is a bit like black magic at this point..

All this said (putting my long term hat on), 'if' the plan plays out as Pancon intends (prospect resource estimate of adequate size, wds farm-in, and other lead analysis, etc), then it's a great time to buy - if there's something I've learnt from speccy mining stocks, is you NEVER want to be chasing them when they move. Get set, then patience. My two cents. Also I guess we'll hear from Galp by end of March, and also from the Rhino crew by early April (from the UpStream articles). Interesting times!
