    makes sense now with the selling in recent weeks as someone knew WDS were going to pull out out sold out. Good opportunity to buy today though if you have spare cash. However, a lot of goodwill and belief in the story has now been sucked out of PCL and if it is even capable of attracting a significant partner to take us to drilling.
