Majors are consolidating assets and continuing share buybacks, Chevron is desperate to buy Oil on Wall Street hence the Hess Takeover for Crude in Guyana, its very difficult to say if another Oil Major will buy in soon. Many Oil if not all Companies are concerned about lowering of the Crude Price, I think it depends on how desperate a Large Company is to buy assets and growth, it may be a large state owned company like Petrobras or Qatar Petroleum
