Disagree, I think the Namibian government have had enough of extension after extension with PCL and will say no to any further request knowing there will be plenty of majors out there that will scoop up PEL87 if it becomes available, Also lets face it Ernie and Barry will probably be in a home shortly and be no use to us. Spill the BOD and lets get a new one. Its the only way forward, from the past years of poor performance. They are just not at the level we need them to be. Get rid of them all as we are back under a cent. Pathetic!!
