This afternoon I was talking to a few friends about exactly this. We agreed that the minimum would be free carried on the first two wells. PCL give away a smaller % to the new JV partner. Commitment to the JV within a short, predetermined time frame. Hopefully, some $$ up front but not a necessity. The one thing to remember about the 12BB is that it is over 8 prospects so that definitely works against PCL. Maybe, we are all just dreaming but I hope not The curse of living in interesting times
