rooey, I'm not a PCL Shareholder, however I have and am a S/Holder in a Few Energy/Oil/Gas Companies, I've had a look at PCL, I believe the reasons WDS did not proceed forward is that they have too many projects on and WDS has a IRR of 15% for Oil Projects according to their Annual reports, many people are upset, If the Reserves are good then there's no issue with another big Co moving in, the terms will have to be less attractive to PCL though, people may need to hang in.
