It's sad, but not unexpected, to see the drop in SP. However, deep down I have the "good riddance sentiment". I think that's a good outcome for PCL. I have never thought much about WDS after what they did to FAR.
The delay in their decision is really a "couldn't care less about helping you" attitude.
I am thinking that Sintana (seeing that they are already involved with other majors in leases other than PEL87) can
play an effective role in the next PCL negotiaions.
