This is a very interesting point huaneng. I think certainly interesting enough to warrant a question/answer direct from pancon - 5min call. I would expect there is a logical / legal reason that compartmentalises what even partners can share (which seems crazy) - but I guess is similar to cooling off periods (6-12months) before an employee can exit one employer to join a competitor (in certain industries). My two cents. Worth asking the question though.
