Second, if you offer Saturn as a 100% package you could put a team together with PCL+Namcor+Sintana+Mr Katti. Perhaps Sintana is interested to monetize ASAP their share like PCL perhaps?
Wouldn`t you think that a 100% Saturn Team (PCL+Sintan+Namcor+Mr Katti) has a better negotiation position than a lonely Mr Smith as the 75% PCL guy . Obviously, the existing internal PCL management team is not strong enough because in the past PCL contracted an external company for helping PCL ( not the PR company, the other one).
