Correct. PEL 87 is east of the Namaqua High/ Outer High. It is located in a sub-basin formed by the Namaqua High / Outer High where the basin floor fan play-type is set up by east dipping counter-regional dip similar to the setting for Venus which sits west of the Namaqua High with counter-regional westerly dip.
